I have never seen people so little invested in their work and completely mock the requests you can make to them. I did not think it possible. And even when the teams change, they are even worse! Shame at the savings bank. Good advice, avoid this agency, they put the least competent staff in an agency that does not earn money! Obviously, Villejean is a very modest neighborhood. The people who work there are put in the closet. The agency should not even exist!

Hallucinating! No more money withdrawing at the counter even for an A book. The person at the reception mocks a customer on the phone "people slap their money in August and come to complain". I ask him to close my account he said "so much better!"
