I did not go with the hairdresser with whom I had made an appointment without being warned. The one who took care of me absolutely did not understand what I asked her, she did not question herself at all. It was almost me who had understood nothing! She tried to catch up at the end, but nothing to do. The cut is however correct. Too bad for customer service

I left my "head" to the person in charge of the show, she immediately knew how to advise me, I trusted her completely and I am not disappointed with the result. At the top, I am delighted 🤗 thank you very much it is really good for morale in this "special period". Everything has been put in place sanitary level, it is reassuring. Personally I prefer to walk a few kilometers and be satisfied with my living room which is the case with you. Well done to the whole team and see you soon

unfriendly hairdresser, who does not know how to style and rejects the fault on the client's requirements. I pointed out to her that I had one side longer than the other and I was sent for a walk .... when it would have been easier to rectify her mistake rather than moaning about me, but since she didn't was not able to do ... supposedly trainer, it's scary. on the other hand obviously you pay a high price for a missed cut.

2 different hairdressers took care of me.The first one made my locks and let it rest. All this from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a terrible attitude. It was my hair's fault apparently. They are smooth and short. I have never seen that !! She put on the product twice. Now they are dry !! the 2nd hairdresser fortunately very nice but I had to tell her to cut quickly, not the hairstyle I wanted initially but well cut ...
