Store well organized and very pleasant. But it is a pity that the lack of respect of the hostesses spoils the atmosphere. As soon as they have served a customer, they put it through the cash register, in defiance of all those in the line! What a lack of respect and politeness!

I have been a fan of the brand's products for years: nothing to say about it. On the other hand, I am not satisfied with the treatment (1 hour massage) that I did in this institute. The treatment itself was correct (nothing more, but correct) but the environment was very noisy: I expect a relaxing treatment to have a Zen atmosphere, that is to say without hearing all the discussions of the employees in their break room or hear them running up the stairs. Disappointing for this type of service. No reaction from my masseuse when I told her about it at the end of the treatment. I will not go back and do not recommend.

I visited this establishment last night. The beauticians are good advice but the manager has shown an incredible lack of professionalism. It was 7:40 pm and he kept saying loud and clear that he did not understand that customers were arriving at the store at that time and that he wanted no one else by 7:55 pm. His tone was very aggressive. If we hadn't been on the eve of confinement, I would have turned around. It is terrible to treat people this way. The closing is 8 p.m.
