Appointment taken with a beautician and the day of my appointment I am told that my treatments will be performed by another beautician. Very angry because it is not the 1st time and obviously nobody warned me !!!!. I am told that all beauticians are competent and no! As in any profession !! It's disrespectful. I'm going back to the Colombia show because it never happened. I will come back to that of Cleunay when my usual beautician returns Really too disappointed

Endless waiting at the cash register ... (3 people on the same cash register, two customers waiting). Two advisers who look at it in the whites of their eyes. 4 people maximum in shop. A person waiting outside! But only one open case ...
