I am regularly left without news as to the dates of intervention, between a month and a month and a half and since the beginning, I call regularly to be given a date of intervention, without success most of the time. I sometimes receive "I'll call you back" style SMS responses. The last time, the company had to intervene after the August holidays at the beginning of September: I had to call and send emails or SMS 17 times for me to be contacted in mid-October, an intervention November 3, then a call on Thursday, November 19 to tell me that there would be an intervention the following Tuesday: no one came. More news until I call December 4th! 10 days ago so I called again to have a date of intervention to finish the work I ended up having someone for an intervention Tuesday 16 so yesterday ... Then a text message Monday evening to tell me that finally it will be Wednesday, so today. 10:40 am still no plumber I call again and I am told that the plumber should be there. I was contacted a few minutes later to tell me that he would intervene this afternoon. It's been like this since the beginning of the year, I've been living in this house since August without a shower or bath and with a 6 year old girl. I am rarely contacted again, I am given dates which are not respected, however I organize myself to be available for the craftsmen for nothing. On the other hand, the craftsmen who intervened work very well

I called about blocked pipes. Mr. Carrée directly told me the prices inclusive of tax for the two solutions considered, including travel. He then intervened quickly, took the time to find the easiest and cheapest solution. Very clean and very professional intervention!
