A shame in this specific case. It depends on who maybe sent you but here, attempted scam, lie, lie hesitation. One or two possible failures apparently but without checking and worse, no embarrassment to leave the person without current because no estimate = no current. Except that no trust = no quote. Note that he had made the current work again in front of our eyes then turned everything off (on purpose) before leaving. Fortunately, an electrician from another company solved most of the problem for us the same day without billing by simple manipulation, so we can see the difference. Nothing was "fucked up" as claimed.

A week and a half ago I am called to set an appointment today between 9:30 and 10:30. So I block my morning on purpose for that. Around 10:50 a gentleman calls me and said he has trouble finding my address. I tell him where my apartment is and he tells me he can not be here for half an hour because he is in another city. I explain to him that I am waiting for his arrival since this morning and he tells me that he tried to call me this morning but that I did not answer so he left. Indeed, I had a call in absence, no voice message, I wanted to call but no one answered. I am deeply disappointed with this way of doing things and the time I have lost. Before I leave, I will have to re-schedule a meeting with your company, hoping for a better service next time.
