Commercially? The loose, the super loose. I'm not going to get you drunk with a two-page notice but my experience is similar to the different negative reviews you'll find on the web. Good luck if you are looking for a reliable professional and word!

NUL from NUL It's been three days since I tried to contact the store, by internet, by phone and my request remains unanswered. What does it take to get an answer? Something like "you sell Steinway concert"? That's pretty interesting? A negative opinion triggers a faster response than a request on the net or a message on the answering machine! So yes I confirm the poor quality of service. And if you can not answer a last minute request, the name West-piano is probably not justified because it implies that you should be able to answer for all the west, which seems to me a little overrated !

Very disappointing company. Following a problem with my piano, I contacted the West piano company, which had been in charge of maintaining it for ten years. The problem was with a part of the pedal mechanism. The repairer from West piano had therefore come and had embarked part of the mechanism to carry out the repair in the workshop. A year later, still having no news, I decided to contact the company again to have an appointment and finally finish this repair. I had an appointment on May 25, 2016 but it was canceled due to fuel shortages. I am surprised then, a month later, that I have still not been contacted ... This is how during the whole month of June 2016 I called, at least once a week, the mobile phone and fixed it of the company, leaving messages each time on the answering machine or with the assistant when she answered me. The manager even went so far as to refuse to take me on the phone when he was right next to his assistant. Aberrant situation! So I asked him to give me back the piece he had taken when he came and told him that I would find without much difficulty someone more competent (and more professional) to complete the repair. Two days later I received the coin in my mailbox. I really recommend this company, unless of course having the time and a lot of energy to devote to it.
