I had a bracelet repaired in early August. The repair was well done, within a deadline This repair was even offered to me by Mr. Rosset, whom I thank again. The welcome was perfect. I really enjoyed it.

I went to this jewelry store, which looks really beautiful, but what grieves me and what leads me not to recommend this place is on the one hand the behavior of the jeweler, who, after him having noticed several errors, this happy to throw the ring on the counter while telling me that he was going to do it again and that he rejected the ring the next day when I came to get it! Very rude manager, liar and dishonest. I would like to point out that when we ask for a quote, it must remain a quote and not, either a destruction of the work, or, we make it pay without our agreement! After insistence the work was done, short 4 back and forth all as unpleasant as each other ...

We went to the jewelry store to get a QUOTE on a ring repair. 1 week later, we are called and told that the ring is ready. Once returned to the jewelry store, we are asked € 69 for the ring that was repaired without our agreement. We explained that we had simply asked for a quote, so we are offered 50%. Will it be "semi forced sale"? We still accepted, after the jeweler told us that he had completely changed the ring hoop. 10 minutes later, we find that the ring is cracked again in the same places. The "jeweler" had not replaced the hoop and was content to weld a small piece ... so we went back to complain and the jeweler was willing to do it again for the next day. In short, a lot of time and disappointments, and attempts at intubation which leads me to really not recommend this place. A very nice jewelry store on the other side of the window, but beware once the door is crossed ...
