The manager has been dishonest in handling our file. To sign contracts, there is no problem however when it comes to terminate, the board and the information is absent. It is unfortunate that the manager, who made us very bad impression, is not as involved in its customer relationship as on its social networks. Here is our story: My wife registered in this room. After asking for her cancellation at the counter and returning her card she thought everything was good. What was our surprise when 1 year and a half after she received, by a collection agency, an invoice for one year subscription. After moving to the center, we are paying 2 months subscription to end the story. By stating that this represents the 2 months notice that followed the termination, even though during these 2 months my wife did not have access to the said room. If at the time of termination, we had been told these 2 months notice (which we do not complain) then my wife would have kept his card in order to have access to the service and would have paid directly the remaining 2 months We are almost asked to feel happy about the situation of not having paid a full year. I do not recommend this room!

Fight body and soul to lose a few pounds ok but must do the same to terminate, that's a lot. The managers are dishonest and play the naivety of some customers to close the files and waste time and money. So do not hesitate to let them know if you feel they are putting it backwards.

Almost 4 years true to this superb gym ... the atmosphere, the coaches, the subscribers (e) s ... it became a family ... I came there every day or almost until Saturday ! See you soon ...

SCAM In general, courses and coaches are good, although a bit expensive in the summer when classes are reduced. But when it was necessary to unsubscribe it was quite another thing ... The customer relationship is almost non-existent: we are not informed of anything regarding the termination. They justify themselves by saying "we see 6000 customers, we have no time to inform when registering". In addition they do not hesitate to lie on the date of receipt of the letter of termination ... Really bad, do not be fooled !!!

Good room, good atmosphere and great coach / teacher. Schedules are however limited compared to other rooms with a relatively high price compared to the competition. I advise anyway (but for a subscription, price per session too expensive)
