The worst experience ever, the lady there ruined my hair & I was surprised that they made me pay after I was totally shocked from the result!!! She did a mistake a professional will never do & that shows how beginner and unprofessional they are!! I advise never go there!! PS. Please for those who leave comments on this Coiffeur don't exaggerate because I went there only after reading your review & I was in need for a real professional & it turned out disastrous!! Replying to your answer: My hair was fluffy on both sides because it was Carre & the main reason I came to you is to reduce this from the two sides (which I. believe is a simple task for professionals, the challenge was I didn't want it to become short!) but she cut off hairlines from the front that had nothing to do with the problem (the sides). Now I have a short hairlines from the front & it looks really ugly!! I already showed this to her & you while I was still there but you didn't care & tried to find excuses building on the previous problem which I wanted to solve. If I were you, I wouldn't have accepted to cut my hair when you are not certain about solving it!

The shampoo was offered before as an after-cut ... except that at the end of the cut I was directed to the cash register and not to the shampoo, if I had asked nothing I would not have had it . Deuxio, at 18 months a child remains a baby and not a toddler and as specified it was his 1st cut (hair even exceeded post-cut so already I had to take back the qq hair which was not cut correctly ). So yes, I'm free not to come back ... I recommend, value for money is better within a radius of less than 1km.

A hairdresser who knows his job and provides valuable advice, I am sometimes disappointed when leaving the hairdresser but this time I am delighted, the massage chair for the shampoo is very pleasant and the playlist at the top. In short, in addition to a haircut, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation. Little more not insignificant in this period of COVID, the health protocol is by appointment.
