Total contempt for the customer
A simple order of parts for a stove which had to be delivered in 6 weeks. After 15 weeks, the store announces that the parts have arrived and in the end 2 hours on the road for nothing No parts Pierre et feu undertakes to deliver them to us, to remind us 2 days later and to announce that there is no there will be no delivery on the pretext that it is too expensive. In the end 3 months of waiting to never receive our order. A shame I strongly recommend
