Very pros!
As we do little tinkering, we were well advised. You have options
Very bad experience concerning this store, I went there for the first time in order to have information concerning window hardware the first contact with one of the salesmen was very nice but could not inform me about the moment because of computer hacking he gave me his card and asked me to send him an email in order to have the information when the computer bug was resolved, which I did. Three weeks later, having no news I returned at the store and I was very badly received by the same wholesale seller I felt that I was disturbing he told me clearly I told you that I would answer you by email it is useless to come to the store , the hacking is not resolved (I specify that in the meantime I had contacted the store by phone and that he had told me that the hacking was resolved). In the end almost three months later, I had no answers and I managed to find the parts I was looking for on the internet on the Quincaillerie Pro site (very good site and very commercial). I wanted to make a local store work but apparently my request was not important enough. I am very disappointed with this store.
Very welcoming place with good quality products (very comfortable safety shoe for example)
I phoned for information as a professional. The person who answered me was not friendly at all! This person blew me up on the phone! She referred me to her website. No advice was brought to me just from criticism. And this person made it clear to me that I was bothering him! I advise you to avoid this sign!
