Orthopedic appointment scheduled for today following an emergency room admission after a sprain with torn ligaments. After 30min of delay I ask the secretary what it is. This one is disagreeable to the highest point and calls the intern I quote "tell you where because the lady says that you are 1 hour late haha" then she asks me if I'm fine and says "no need to make an appointment -you he won't see you ". Lack of total respect for patients, zero empathy and teasing. If this lady can no longer support her work, she should take her early retirement.
