I'm taped !!!!!. I have to go to Africa, to Senegal, I call as soon as I know I have to leave, the vaccination center to schedule an appointment and get vaccinated against yellow fever. The person I have online answers me "it will not be until March" we are, the day of the call, December 12. I explain the reason for my stay, which is an emergency, that my flight is already booked, but whatever, no possibility of appointment and she adds that anyway they are closed 15 days for the holidays !!! ! I never imagined that a hospital service could work like this !!!! It is about our health and the health of those around us all the same, a staff turnover is not put in place. I insist on the fact that Rennes only has one center for this type of vaccination. I also sent my request by email as it is specified on their voicemail because it is also almost impossible to contact them by phone. (For my part, I had the "luck" to end up having this interlocutor, (if one can call that luck in view of the answer which was given to me) I'm mad. Even for an emergency they do not make the effort to find a niche for a non-optional vaccination !!! We should also review the conditions and empower other centers for vaccination!

No, but that's crazy, you send an email because it is impossible to have them on the phone, in the mail you are told that they can not answer you because of a strong demand, so I call back at the opening time (9:30) and it's like impossible to have them! It is time to do something, for example bought more phone and hired switchboard because it's crazy and go crazy, 2 months that I try to reach you and I go in 1 month!

Totally unreachable. Line always cluttered. And the staff who do not bother to listen to the requests of the patients who come to the reception. Too bad that patients really need this service.

I put a star for the information given by the doctor that I had the chance to meet before my departure. The 4 stars were removed for appointment and reception services.

I sent an email (no answer) and called several times the service (which is difficult to reach) to try to get an appointment .... Apparently the operator had decided not to do his job that day because he has I had to strongly insist that she set me an appointment and all this with an unpleasant tone. Not to mention the fact of waiting 10 minutes just to position an appointment .... A small training in the field of reception and processing applications would not be luxury for switchboard operators. I put a star because not to put at all is not an option offered by google.
