I took my watch initially to change the battery, closing it the saleswoman broke several beads around it. I go back to see her at the start she starts to say that it is not her then she finally takes responsibility. So I decided to send my watch for a quote because it did not come from the battery and she told me that the rhinestones would be repaired at the expense of the jewelry store (still happy). To date I get my watch back I see that nothing has been done !! I am shocked this is the first time I see this. I will never put a foot in it again !!!

Très déçu car après avoir eu un devis et déposé mon alliance pour l agrandir , j'ai attendu presque 2 mois pour m'entendre dire qu'ils n'avaient rien fait. Bien sûr c'est moi qui me suis déplacé pour savoir où ça en était car aucune communication de leur part. Je repars donc avec ma bague sans modification après avoir perdu 2 mois Je ne reviendrai pas.

I put a star for the simple reason that I brought a piece of jewelry to send it to the workshop, I was told the first time it will arrive in 15 days Madam, 15 days later I recall it will arrive soon .. still no jewelry .. I receive it a month later! Do not tell your customers 15 days if it is to receive a month later, I would certainly not come back to see you, moreover my jewel was not returned to me in a case but from hand to hand (great COVID)

Very nice and welcoming staff, they gave us good advice, do not force their hands to buy what is pleasant, I recommend for their professionalism as well as their kindness
