Welcome to review (unpleasant and not very commercial) if the objective is to build customer loyalty. Determined to change my watch, buy a pair of earrings for my 1st daughter and re-pierce the ears of my second, I went to the Georges Tendance boutique where I used to go. When we arrived, the saleswoman explained to us (without looking at us) that on Saturdays, ear piercing is not possible due to the number of people (Small clarification: there were no customers after us). I discovered that some traders can refuse sales !! This is a miscalculation because these three purchases were ultimately made in another competing jewelry store which was happy to meet our expectations and to which I will return.

Très déçue du SAV, ou de l'absence de SAV plutôt ! Mon conjoint m'a offert une bague pour notre PACS, qu'il m'a donné à mon anniversaire (1er novembre, soit le 2ieme jour du reconfinement). Le modèle est très jolie mais beaucoup trop fragile. A peine porté, 2 motifs de la bague se tordent. J'ai donc attendu de pouvoir me rendre en bijouterie pour demander un échange avec un modèle plus résistant. Avec le confinement, le délai de 30 jours a été dépassé. La vendeuse m'a donc dit qu'on ne pouvait rien faire pour moi. J'ai une très belle bague que je garde dans sa boîte sous risque de la cassé. Merci Georges, il faut croire que vous n'avez pas besoin de fidéliser votre clientèle en cette période difficile.

I bought a men's watch for my father a year ago and today I went to ask to change the battery .... a saleswoman asks me if I can iron it back in a moment and that it will take care of it and a woman who seems to be a manager who is seated and who hears the conversation tells her that it is not possible that she has a lot waiting and that I am not a priority ... .I must come back in 1 week. As I seem not to understand she sends me to the other jewelry store Georges to see if they have time to listen to me ..... and always without getting up from her chair shouts all over the shop: and good New Years Eve .... incredible 😳 jewelry to avoid if you want service, really incorrect ....... I went to the other Georges area and I was welcomed as it should be and I left with my updated watch.

Very dissatisfied, defective item and say the only responsible is the wearer of the jewelry. For a point of glue 3 weeks delay and a quote of 15 €
