A disaster ! Loss of allocation request files, unable to provide correct information. For an appointment request: almost systematic refusal! Change of advisor to finally see someone !!

Non-competent services, I was unemployed for a month, I made all the possible declarations to be entitled to it, but since the appointments were far too long and I managed to find a cdi. Result: I would not be compensated, because I was unsubscribed (in view of my new job)

In 2015-14, Mrs. TOLL * M **, FEUG ****, Mr. HUCH **, are to avoid they make mistakes in the files, or try to write you off, while you are always looking for job, have to justify everything constantly, as if we were always watched over, and must send letters almost every month to challenge them and stay registered! On the one hand it is normal that we are watched a little, but here I have the impression that we are watching rather the good worker, than the bad unemployed. I can not help it if companies do not have the unemployed it takes to hire them, I only ask to work to be able to pay more easily my rent etc! In addition, hard to reach them by mail, take 3-4 days easy and again, or they answer next to the plate. The deadlines for an appointment are much too long now.

I went there to find out about job center help one morning during the "no appointment" hours. At the reception he tells me not to move but to call 3949 (special number therefore payable in my package) in this case what is the use of reception and schedules without appointment if you do not have to go? Then instead of informing me about the help of pole emploi he gives me the number of another organization or inform me before then to call them once I will be aware of my rights to this help or not to 3949. What are they used for if they don't want to welcome you or inform you?
