Good place to live, the decoration is chaotic but appreciable. 4 stars because the cat (or under tenant I don't know) loves to bite people. Adding gravel would be a good idea to achieve 5 stars.

A mad roommate .... In addition, the cat vomited on the walls ... Okay, however, I put 5 stars for the local specialties namely; semolina in oil, rice in butter and the unmissable pasta with pesto when it's a holiday.

Charming apartment with its few flaws, but the tenants make this apartment livable. Surprising view of the Ikea de Pacé and traffic jams on the expressway at 6 p.m. Nice decoration with a little touch of communism. Very extensive library. Only 4 stars for sound and thermal insulation as well as the cat, which has a questionable artistic sense (the poo on the walls at 1 a.m. is not to everyone's taste) and which does not respect the hours of the rest of the tenants meowing at any time. In addition, she allows herself to steal our money when she does not pay the rent AND we pay her food and bedding.
