The windows are Cekal certified and of impeccable quality, but the service is truly deplorable! More than 10 days of waiting to have a quote by email when it was enough in less than 2 minutes at the agency of Cotes d'Armor to make it by phone, the order delay announced was certainly unbeatable (1 week) but it was exceeded by 3 weeks without anyone taking the trouble to warn me (when I called to announce before my visit). And do not wait for the secretariat to worry about your order, these two smiling women will just tell you that the order is not ready but taken into account in the software without trying to find out the reason for the delay of production ! Fortunately it was only 2 small double glazed windows and my customers were understanding ...

Quick quote! Glaverouest played the game on tight deadlines. Problem: machine down, panic (for me)! Glaverouest has found the solution so that I have my glasses on time. One word: respect! ... if, another: thank you! It is not a problem to leave 5 * when everything goes as on the plan. It is rather in the way of reacting to unforeseen events. Tempered glass ordered October 31, delivery scheduled November 15, nothing, not warned. 3 calls made to make me hear 1 week of extra time ... Still nothing .... Package received November 28th. No commercial gesture, just a little sorry ... lamentable.
