Order placed on November 26 for an office chair. Delivery in 10 days announced. I need it for 12/10, perfect! On 02/12, without any news of the order, I contacted Izzidiscount. In the process I receive an email telling me that the order has been delivered to the carrier. On 07/12, still without news and the package still not having moved, I contacted Izzidiscount again. Response on 12/08. The carrier has some concerns. Izzidiscount offers me a 10 € discount and must see if it is possible to change the delivery person. I tell them by phone that I prefer not to take the 10 € and that they take a fast delivery instead to have it on 10/10. They need to keep me posted. Mail on 10/10 in the morning: we gave you a 10 € discount because it is not possible to make fast delivery ... I answer that I want a discount of 20 € as well as a delivery date or a change of delivery person. And there, I receive an email, order canceled !! So rather than contacting the customer and saying that it is not possible and asking me what I intend to do (wait again or cancel my order), we cancel the order. In the end I lost 15 days ... A big thank you Izzidiscount !!!!!!!!
