Good advice and nice price!

Very disappointed with this store. Since I have my cat I buy all my accessories at Tom and Co. Today I'm calling to find out if they have a certain brand of harness. I am told that they are and that they are adaptable to all cats. So I go to the store and buy a harness. Nobody told me that there was a different size and it was not displayed in the store and not seen on the harness at all. By trying on the harness I therefore realize that it is too big for my cat. I call about 20 minutes after purchase to exchange my product. We say then that it is not possible so I end up with an unusable harness Very bad advice, and very bad after sales service !!! I do not recommend at all!!! Above all, do not listen to their advice !! You have lost a client because now I am changing pet stores.

Very pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the kindness and the attentiveness of the staff and the store manager. Having several animals, I can say, contrary to some negative opinions that we can read that it is a store that has a very large choice, which is very clean and very tidy, this is not always the case elsewhere and that the prices are more than very correct and even on some items the prices are the lowest. I have never found the versele-laga feed and in particular that for ducks so inexpensive even on the internet. I would therefore conclude with a 5 star rating and a big thank you to the whole team and the manager. And see you soon that goes without saying.
