My girlfriend bought a rat on 09/02/2020. Unfortunately it was full. A week later, we find ourselves with 7 raccoons! They are now weaned so we called the store. They do not take back the animals and do not wish to repair the damage suffered (food, habitat). We are told over the phone "we are careful not to mix males with females", well obviously not! We are disappointed because we are twice sanctioned: we had to pay for the pups and in addition we must get rid of them (give them or sell them). They refuse to recognize their share of responsibility. Just INADMISSIBLE!

I have been to this store several times to purchase items for my dog. The boss is extremely rude and intrusive. He is only polite when buying his kibble.
