Very welcoming, warm pharmacy, pharmacists and preparers adorable, helpful, and attentive (especially in this critical period for all and for them on the front line)! I recommend, ignore the negative review below mine! Courage to all.

Pharmacists are very welcoming and take the time to explain each of the medications that you have been prescribed. Since the time I go this pharmacy I can say that all pharmacists are listening and advice very well on any questions, I recommend 100%

Clean pharmacy clear. Staff very welcoming smiling and above all very professional and very good advice. Even alerting about interactions between prescribed medications, taking the time if necessary to call the prescribing doctor to find a solution. Always listening thanks to you for your professionalism and your listening.

Sir, I am the companion of the person who left the previous comment. We can not let you repeat the sequence with so many inaccuracies. My wife came to you once, and me a second time to express my irritation at your refusal, which did not really simplify an already complicated situation and yet so far quite mastered. And indeed, she took a picture of your sign to remember your name and denounce omnipotent and disabling medical practices in the path of some patients. In 15 years of life together, I saw her take control of her illness, faced with the helplessness of medical responses. She cares intelligently and reasonably. She is very familiar with her illness, her symptoms, her critical phases and what to do with them. And as she explained, she uses the local antibiotic extremely rare (I have perhaps seen 5 times in 15 years to use this treatment). Your response / inaccurate and always obtuse testimony only encourages us to add a negative opinion on your business by splitting to rectify what you say is wrong. My wife was not insulting, sir. On the other hand, she wanted to share her experience in your business. Once again: you did not know how to evaluate a situation under control before your intervention. You are part of this category of health professionals who are enthroned in a system of inconsistencies like these. And your certainties lead you further to provide advice frankly basic and unwelcome in your response ("Finally, concerning your pathology, and without going into details, know that professional medical recommendations (being" only "pharmacist, I as I understand it, I am sticking to the opinion of the consensus conferences made by medical experts on the subject) are not systematically treat outbreaks with antibiotic creams (which are, in general, not very effective and responsible of the occurrence of a large number of antibiotic resistance. ") What do you know about the pain and discomfort caused by this disease? What do you know about what is really effective in curbing the symptoms and allowing to continue a normal existence Do you really believe that you are in your place by quoting medical recommendations in a "Google response", and who are in the process quite debatable? As much to tell you that my wife appreciates your contribution: she is comforted in the idea that you miss not only of discernment and relevance, but that you have in addition a phenomenal culotte to come and explain to her what she knows since already 30 years . There was a benefit / risk parameter to measure, and it is unfortunate that you are camping on somewhat condescending positions. In any case be sure, Mr. Pharmacist Co-Manager, that we are sensitive to your "reminder to the law" ("The law is thus made, free to my colleagues to choose to follow it or not") and invite you to meditate on the spirit of the law. A reflection that can certainly improve the care of some of your customers (and who knows the state of the French health system as a whole ...?). In the context of our exchanges, I will conclude by encouraging people to favor pharmacies with good pharmacists who take the time to humanize their intervention, rather than attending health businesses where customers are disempowered ++ face treatment. their illness!

Passage in the village of Pacé and in this pharmacy for an "emergency" in the middle of August. I have a chronic illness known for a long time and for which I know how to react quickly in order to limit the crisis. I go to this pharmacy so that they exceptionally deliver a local antibiotic cream to quickly relieve pain and other symptoms. I know that this drug does not normally deliver without a prescription, I also know that it assumes a good knowledge of the dosage. This is my case and I explained it to my interlocutor by insisting that I had forgotten my treatment at home. After a long negotiation, the young pharmacist who served me believed professional, in this specific situation, to refuse to help me out despite the context (good knowledge of my disease and the drug requested, treatment forgotten, order at my home more than 800 kms, the day before a wedding ...). I do not know if this pharmacist, any sapper that he is, realizes the additional difficulty that he imposed me by refusing the delivery of this antibiotic that I know very well. The 'The only thing I can advise you' of this pharmacist makes me give a very poor opinion on this pharmacy: go urgently to see a doctor on a Friday evening at 19h in the middle of August in an unknown village, with 2 children in the car and 1 hour drive before destination, and for a disease that I certainly know more than any untrained doctor ... What a great assessment of the urgency and the situation! A facility / health business that refuses support in a chronic illness explained by the patient himself, even without a prescription, is not to be recommended: there are always exceptions to the rule and not to take them into account is a clear sign of incompetence. Fortunately, the profession is represented a few meters further: another pharmacy (Les Oliviers) has been more understanding and has grasped the subtlety of the accompaniment and treatment of a long illness. She delivered me the local antibiotic, after making sure that what I was saying was credible. I was thus able to go to the planned wedding by limiting the pains and the discomforts. Finally, I ask this young pharmacist visibly very sure of his professional practices from the top of his great technical knowledge, very technical: what risks did you get me to deliver a local antibiotic: oral ingestion (??? !!! ), overdose ...? Let's be serious: a patient who tells you about his illness lets you explicitly perceive that he knows what he is talking about and that he knows better than anyone the emergency treatments. I find very sincerely that you have lacked discernment and relevance.
