A business that does not need customers: Request a quote for a boiler or leak problem with the promise of a maintenance contract to follow. Very good salesperson who identifies 2 rods to be changed and offers me to change 8 normal heads and 4 thermostats. I receive a quote for 12 rods and 12 thermostatic heads. No response to my questioning email.
