Contacted for the annual maintenance of our boiler, the person at the reception is very pleasant. It announces a price around 180 € which is correct. On the day of the intervention, the invoice is € 273! In addition, the technician had forgotten to turn on the water circulation, so no heating. So we did. Two days after their intervention, the boiler goes into safety lock for burner fault. We are on a Friday at the end of the afternoon. We contact them immediately. Answering machine. On Saturday morning someone leaves us a message to tell us that they will only intervene on Monday morning from 8:30 am. A weekend without heating or hot water. Monday morning after having arranged to be present a new call to say that the technician will come between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. finally. We are therefore still without hot water or heating.

Intervention today by a very competent technician, who intervened after the passage of a competing company which had diagnosed me the replacement of 2 sensors. In 30 min the boiler was repaired, without changing the part (no water circulation because the engine blocked). A true professional as we would like to meet more often.

We contacted the Lesné service company because their website was very explicit with clearly indicated prices. We had our oil boiler serviced, and we were very satisfied with the service provided by "Julien" the maintenance technician. Very pleasant, polite, very competent person with very careful work. We highly recommend this company for its seriousness and quality of service that we have not had so far with other companies.
