It's been over 15 days already .... Here is what happened to me ..
I went to this agency, where I was very well received, by Mrs. DEMARCQ. We then agreed to visit apartments on Tuesday. Without news from him, I contacted him. She informs me that it will be the next day, Wednesday morning. Have her call me back to confirm the time, before the end of the day (ie Tuesday). No news, so I call Ms. DEMARCQ on Wednesday, early in the morning. She tells me that finally, it will be the afternoon, that she confirms to me very quickly, the time of the meeting. At 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, I ended up calling her again (it's starting to get heavy!). She never called me back, despite various calls and voicemails. Between his speech, and his way of acting, there is an ocean ..... It is unprofessional at all and what is more, very rude to behave in this way. Such disrespect is beyond comprehension. Fortunately, another real estate agency, knowing how to do its job, and respecting its customers, took over. I found the accommodation so hoped for. I hope that you will not have to deal with Mme DEMARCQ, otherwise, your request will never be successful.
Mrs DEMARCQ's job is a manager ... Unfortunately she does not seem to manage her clients well to such an extent that she lets them down ... But on the other hand as regards the fees, she knows well manage! Unreachable on the phone ... Regarding the inventory entry she saw nothing at all strangely ... and yet to give a non-compliant apartment (water leaks before our arrival, indecent accommodation), it is contrary to the law. I intend to act!
Total lack of professionalism in the sale of a property ... To be avoided
The agency is at the point of asking one of its salespeople (mr pigeon) to leave a favorable opinion ... It is awarded 5 stars .... It is false advertising!
Very good support during the sale of a house
Interested for a rental concerning an advertisement placed on the leboncoin site after having left several messages and telephone calls, no return of their by any seriously personally I will never entrust my property to this agency
