I am quite surprised by the opinions, I had the opportunity to have some concerns with the many agencies through which I went during my studies. Really no worries with this agency, my apartment in Betton was great, cheap, I had a real service via the very reactive agency, the inventory of fixtures went smoothly (as it is very often the case via agency, we did not try to extract money from me by all means, first time I see my full deposit by agency ...) The boss really nice.

If you are a tenant, flee from this agency which will keep your deposit or more. Do not especially sign the inventory of fixtures without checking it. Without the help of the previous tenant who confirmed what I said (broken tiles ...) I would have had to redo the new apartment. And no excuse, after taking us high saying that the apartment had been ransacked when it was already in the state when I rented it

I am very disappointed with this agency that tells me a year and a half ago that my apartment is classified in C / D in energy but that it plays not so much on consumption. Today it is for sale and I see on the ad that it is classified in E. All that to rent the apartment as soon as possible. It should not be said that in 1 year the classification changes. I will never again call this agency, which in addition once the rented property no longer responds to the mail. I strongly advise against this agency.
