My opinion concerns rental management: Currently a tenant through this agency, I never have any problems contacting them, Domeos is easily reachable both by phone and by email. The answers to my questions are always clear, the staff are always pleasant. The visit of the apartment had gone well, the person who had greeted me had also been very understanding despite my delay.

Domeos is a Trustee who is very responsive, very professional and their service is attentive to the co-owners. The management is really done by taking care of the expenses and the well being of all. Their fees are very fair and competitive. I am surprised and I do not understand the bad faith of certain opinions - which seem to me wacky and false with regard to this trustee.

Catastrophic management. Following a water damage, nobody moves, the advisers are haughty and do not seek any solution. I will do everything at our next AGM to change the management of the condominium. To flee!!!

I have water damage in an attic room. Following several reminders from Domeos, I still have not had the intervention of their roofer which prevents the painting company from carrying out the work, the cause not being sought.

To flee ! They withhold your deposit when you leave the inventory for trivial and unjustified details. It is pathetic and dishonest. Go your way.
