Once you have returned to the accommodation, no more reactivity!
I returned to a dirty place, the cleaning was done by an outside company 4 days later and in a hurry, the bare minimum.
There must be painting work, still no news while I have the keys for 6 days, but obviously you have to pay the rent despite that you can not live there!

Office D'HLM incompetent work not done following a water leak for over a year! Pestilential odors from pipes in a kitchen for 6 months without any action on their part. Just run away from them 😔

No heating for a month, impossible to have an appointment, impossible to have contact, impossible to have a real follow-up of the record ..... Obliged to do A / R to move people .. ..
No fees ==> No management .... DEPLORABLE !!!

we have to call them all the time.
They are really annoying
They don't care about their tenants but to collect the rents they are active !! They are rude and not at all friendly.
Management leaves incompetent people to deal with tenants.
Shame on you
Prefer to live on the street rather than fatten mafia like these! Their objectives, to make more and more profits on the backs of people in precarious situation by renting at substandard housing prices, to wait 5 years before repairing or changing a VMC engine and so many list is long and horrifying.
