Absolute thieves. These people cheat tenants and don't return their deposit. They are equally racist as they ill treat foreign students. Hope this immobileren is shut down.

Serious and responsive agency. We were looking for accommodation urgently, we were able to visit quickly and everything then went smoothly, quickly and professionally. In the event of a problem, the management department is attentive and very friendly!

First of all, I admit being very surprised by the negative opinions concerning the agency which, in my opinion, do not reflect the reality when it comes to its quality and that of the people who work there. I was taken care of by Mr TESSIER to find an apartment within a relatively short time frame with seriousness and professionalism. The people of the agency make themselves available to answer your questions as much as possible and accompany you in your research while being attentive to your expectations. Very good agency I recommend.

I put 1 because we could not put zero. Agency to avoid absolutely where class contempt is the norm. Total lack of responsiveness and professionalism, never answer the phone and are not screwed to make a lease without mistakes, yet allow yourself to be very haughty and unfriendly, you are obliged to go directly through the owners if you have a problem, which they pay all the same management fees, a shame. quick inventory on arrival but delusional demands for departure, several hours scrutinizing the smallest cm2 of wall (I'm not exaggerating) all this so as not to return your deposit to see you billing additional costs

I have just terminated my lease, 8 years tenant with them, I could write you a novel ... Almost never answer the phone ... Have even tried to swindle me twice concerning regularization of charges in my favor, that they wanted to transform into household waste tax (the affair lasted 2 months) and upon receipt of my balance from any account where 125 € of overpaid rent would apparently not have been refunded if I had not had not insisted many times ... I will also pass you the details of the disaster (water infiltration) that I had and which will have lasted more than two years ... Some (s) even allow themselves to be very haughty ... In short, I absolutely do not recommend.
