I asked for a roof overhaul from this craftsman, following a slate found in my garden. Since the cover is terraced, he did not come to do the quote he made for my adjoining neighbor. The craftsman intervened at my place, without informing me, whereas I had asked him explicitly by email to warn me of his intervention. Indeed, I intended to show him, so that he investigates on the slate found in my garden. Aside from not notifying me of the intervention, there were other points that worried me. The intervention took place in an afternoon, when at the time of the estimate I was told that a day was needed. On the estimate, it was mentioned scaffolding, while only ladders were used. I had no feedback from them after intervention, apart from an invoice in my mailbox days later. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their performance and sent the photo of the slate. They did not even offer to come back to investigate the slate. I have now found where this slate comes from, the ridge, the craftsman has not even been to this place to revise the roof. Craftsman to avoid.

After-sales service non-existent, after about 8 calls, no after-sales service callback, a disaster.

Very good experience, quick and effective intervention. the company helped us to realize our project of elevation, where else failed. After taking measurements and photos, they came back to us to tell us what was possible and the amount of work. We were able to gain space by optimizing our present land. Our frame was a priori special. Mr. MARRANT and his team have been very effective. Thank you for your work. I highly recommend.
