My mother-in-law called on Bretic two years ago for a roof maintenance (May 2018). Unfortunately, only after two years the moss and the various stains returned. We estimate that at 4000 euros maintenance, it should last much longer. My mother-in-law therefore called to warn and have someone come to see: the person was unpleasant, annoyed to have moved "for nothing", and allowed herself to answer, I quote "anyway we did you don't need to work ".. The paired study (free) of our home, by a BRETIC advisor, made it possible to specify the real current needs of our home. This study revealed that a large part of the work (replacement of insulating materials) that we were considering is not necessary to date. There remains a small intervention to be carried out, for which we choose to trust BRETIC, a company which has not pushed us to "consume" expensive work.

Following a recommendation from my neighbors, I called on the Bretic company. My husband and I met a counselor who was attentive to our needs. Very professional work. And positive point for the respect of barrier gestures both during the preparation of the estimate and in the installation.
