To describe my customer experience, here is a copy of my complaint by email to Chausséa customer service. To date, 8 days after my visit, I have received no response. So I returned my order, i.e. around one hundred euros.
This is undoubtedly what it is to be a "trader" at Chausséa 🙄.
Gentlemen and ladies Chausséa, I nevertheless remain open to an answer should you wake up. It's never too late to do it right.

I would like to share with you my very deep disappointment following my visit to the store today.
As I show up at the cash desk, I see a poster showing a 25% anniversary discount on the entire receipt.
Having celebrated my birthday yesterday, I ask to benefit from it.
The saleswoman tells me that my date of birth is missing in my file, and that she will therefore add it so that I can benefit from it next year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
I do not understand and absolutely do not accept this answer, I have been in the client file for at least 4 years (we cannot even confirm the precise date of my membership, it does not seem to be available for consultation in shop !).
At no time have I been asked for my date of birth during my previous checkouts, however, cell number and email checks are almost systematic!
So I asked for a phone number to reach customer service, I was told to go and find it myself on the internet, which she does not have time to look for because there are people.
Indeed 3 people are waiting behind me, while a saleswoman is present at the cash register next door, but never opens her cash register. It seems a little surprising since there are people at the cash desk ...
What a sense of the customer and above all of customer satisfaction!
So I left the cash register saying that I myself was going to search the Internet since I was disturbing.
At that precise moment, a burst of awareness on the part of the saleswoman, who calls me back and deigns to take her phone to call the Chantepie store in order to get the customer service number and finally send it to me.
It seems to me regrettable, by the way, to have to call another store to obtain customer service contact details!
The saleswoman ends the interview by telling me that thanks to her I will have the discount next year, very proud of her contribution.
In the current economic and health context, what a disappointment to come to the store to participate in the economic recovery, and to be viewed that way.
On returning I connect to my space on the website and see that the date of birth that was entered today is 09/09 while I was born on 29/09 (I indicated twice that my birthday was yesterday).
My purchases were for my 8 year old daughter who was accompanying me, so I paid for my purchases so that she was not disappointed.
Concretely, I would like to benefit from the 25% rebate in reimbursement (in no case to have any), and a commercial gesture to match my disappointment.
In the absence of consideration and a solution within a week, I will return my entire purchase for an outright refund.
I will find my happiness in the competition, in a shop which adopts a commercial and respectful behavior, and I will not fail to share my customer experience.

Me who loves shoes I never disappointed, I always find the same pair that suits me for my teens, has spent several years that I am a customer's have never been disappointed.
Their shoes are beautiful is very varied and very good quality
On 25/09/19, the seller placed an order on the site so that I could be delivered to my home in 2 to 5 business days instead of looking if other stores nearby had this product available (which was the case) .
To date, I have paid for a product that I still do not have.
And the service does not want to know anything.
I DO NOT recommend this shop at all.
