Atol Mon Opticien

Optician at the top! I ordered and chose my pair of glasses and my son's on Saturday and 3 days later it was ready with a little extra for adjustment. Thanks to Elizabeth and David for the good advice and help with the choice.

Welcome to the top, advisers attentive and very patient. I went there for my first pair of glasses and I came out reassured. I was able to recover my glasses 3 days later. On top I recommend ++++

A beautiful store, but poor customer service: I bought a pair of sunglasses (without correction) that I wanted to have refunded the next day because I had found my old pair. At Atol Pacé, this is not possible: the house has no refund policy. It's sad in 2019 to have such low consideration for customer satisfaction (especially since even the Atol site offers a free return for 1 month ....). Next time, I would go and try my glasses at Atol Pacé, then order them online. It’s sad, but that’s what it inspires to do!

Excellent welcome, with a wide choice of frames. The employees are listening and inform us about the adapted glasses thanks to a precise machine. I recommend it.
