I give an opinion on this agency not on travel services but on a "non-travel": Because of the confinement, our stay in May in Rome was canceled; the employees of the Leclerc de Cleunay agency managed everything wonderfully. We got the refund for the apartment hotel very quickly and have just received the check for the plane tickets. It goes without saying that we will come back to this agency to reschedule our flight. trip . Thank you very much for your competence and professionalism!

I do not recommend this agency at all. The agency brought us a dream and when we arrived it was a nightmare. Their partners with whom he works is not up to the price we pay. We had to use our legal insurance to recover part of the money. Unqualified and disrespectful staff.

I booked a trip for 4 people in July with Leclerc Voyages focusing on the service that their proximity was to offer. What a gross mistake on my part! - request to add a suitcase in the hold: check with the airline - finding that the price of the same trip has dropped (200 €): there is nothing we can do and you cannot cancel without paying penalties - today cancellation of my flights with Easy Jet and re-positioning on Transavia at the same price while on the website the price is always lower: there is nothing we can do and you still cannot cancel - Email and telephone contacts with a counselor named Juliette about the various problems and asked to contact her manager: response from her at 6:55 pm to tell me that there is nothing to do. The manager has now finished her day, unable to reach her before Tuesday. What bad luck ! In summary, a serious lack of professionalism on the part of this agency which does not attach any importance to its customers. They will be fewer and fewer if they do not correct their operation. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not ready to book with them again.
