Hello. I have just returned a vehicle at Besançon Viotte Station. Expected time of return in the contract 10am today. Return time according to the agent who took charge of me (after having made me wait for expensive minutes since on the phone when I arrived): 10:38 am. Over two hours of waiting in full sun with one person managing the entire line in front. We returned our hotel late and got a surcharge. The agency is supposed to close from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., we had to pick up our car at 12 p.m. Queue of 5 groups in front of us to collect and return vehicles. After 1 hour of waiting I ask at the counter when will we be able to pass he tells me that he had not understood, that he while all the people were together (a group of 15 people ?!).
