The Protestant church of the Reformed Church was originally the chapel of the hospice founded in the thirteenth century by the Hospitaller Order of the Holy Spirit. This Gothic building has an impressive and remarkable gallery of carved wood decoration that absolutely must not be missed. The place also served as a mixed school with Protestant and Jewish communities in the city at the dawn of the twentieth century, a sign of bienpensante tolerance.

One of the oldest buildings in Besançon. It is difficult to visit certain corners of the temple but you can go take a look at the railing of the outdoor passageway easily accessible during opening hours.

A church that ultimately protests and wrings the scriptures to wallow in front of the god of this world. More anxious to conform to the world than to follow the Bible and the Holy Spirit whose name she blasphemes. Poor Jesus, he does not deserve that
