Extremely disappointed. My doctor referred me to a rheumatoid for infiltration to relieve my pain. This rheumatoid first tells me that my back pain will go away on its own, that I have to wait, sometimes more than a year. That in my case an infiltration will be useless. I am told that my pain in my right leg has nothing to do with my back but that it is tendonitis. I am talking about an operation, a functional rehabilitation center, I am told "why not, I am sending you letters for advice and it will be up to you to choose". Appointment with the surgeon a month later who is outraged to hear this summary. Who wonders about the "no" inflammatory assessment to know where my pain comes from ... After reading the same scans and MRI as rheumatoid, and physical examination of the surgeon, he tells me immediately that I have no tendinitis (which I already knew) and that the pains in my leg and my back come from an inflammation of the facets L4 L5 and that an infiltration will solve the pain concern. Bilateral infiltration under CT scan done yesterday and I already have almost no pain in my leg or my back. Thanks to you really.
