I have tried different gyms several times: the Local was by far my best experience. Time was lacking because of the work: José and his team made me a tailor-made program, the results appeared very quickly. More than satisfied!
Serious and professional team which pushes you to exceed your limits and to flourish in the sport.
It is not a simple gym, forget your proper. The room is very well equipped, the coaching team is very efficient. There is an incredible atmosphere among all the members. José and his team will offer you a complete follow-up to reach your objectives. In short, there is no need to hesitate.

You shout ! You suffer ! You fall in the apples but you have results!
Joking aside from a great team of coaches at your disposal to make you the person you dream of being! The results are there after a few months using a complete follow-up workout and nutrition counseling.
