Thank you for reminding your employees that sidewalks are not parking areas (Even on horseback, this does not change the fact that this is a pavement parking and that it encroaches on the pedestrian crossing). This is all the more deplorable as the photo (97 Rue de Belfort) is taken next to an area for cars and surrounded by parking areas.
