Very large park, for walks with patients, but lack of benches to sit on and garbage cans next to them! Small Cafeteria with mini-store of essentials ... Everything should be better maintained!

Schizophrenia service to flee. 1) asks caregivers with covid (but asymptomatic) to come and work anyway 2) does not complete patient records (or not enough in any case) 3) a patient runs away because the caregivers do not communicate enough with each other (she claimed that the psychiatrist had given her consent => ok go for a walk, we don't know and we won't check, what for?) 4) impose fixed hours for patients to smoke, but are themselves unable to meet working hours 5) unable to wear a mask on break when all employees in the country are asked to wear them permanently (funny for caregivers) 6) plan activities in advance on a day when there are too many meetings to be able to do these activities Laxity and lack of questioning. This is the real France! Well done officials 👏👏
