A loyal customer for many years, I was very disappointed with the repair of my ring. Indeed, my Mom gave me a gold ring in November 2019. This ring got cut and I put it in repair last June. I got it back in early July. I had to bring it back last week because, having only worn it for 2 days, it splits again. They tell me that they will polish it and send it back to me, but what? Should I put it back in my drawer? My Mum is very sick so should I no longer be able to put her gift on my finger?
