Lawyer to be avoided at all costs .... can't stand being asked how she will handle the situation, her ego is oversized ...
If you dare to ask for something that does not please her, she says to you "if you are not happy you take your file and you will look elsewhere" ..... No respect for the client, empathy is not its strong.
It seems useful to share my experience with Maitre Isabelle Cheval:
-It does not respect written fee agreement paid in advance.
- the day before the divorce hearing ... She triples the fees initially agreed on the package and already cashed.
-Practice blackmail when we refuse this unjustified increase (by voice message left on my answering machine and kept)
-Then ask to go elsewhere by not reimbursing the services paid but not performed.

- in another case receives me 30 minutes the day before the hearing between two clients after having previously rejected the previous appointment. Arrived at the hearing I note that she had not looked at the file and did not even know that the opposing documents were printed on both sides ... I immediately took it from the file.
In summary, the practices of this lawyer seem very questionable.
In my opinion she does not honor her profession and it would be good for the order to sanction such acts which can only tarnish the honorability of the profession of lawyer
