It is free parking near the city center of Besançon and there is very little. Good idea to put the fair there once a month and to impound a poor helpless car. Good idea to increase the fines related to parking on the road. (135 € in Besançon it hurts) Good idea not to have made other car parks or free parking space around the city center. P.S: These are NOT good ideas.

Fairly maintained place and well located. The downside is the number of places to develop more in the town for free parking other than this one
