Absolutely great team. Always easy telephone contacts, very professional and serious business travel, the delay caused by the well anticipated, assumed and explained confinement, the relaunch by Mr. Fortis himself, available, conscientious and concerned about his teams, and finally the break by two real specialists, everything will have been perfect! The Jotul is there, installed and ideal for the last morning freshness before summer! Bravo and thank you!

insert stuv sell yes after sale no despite registered letter 3 on-site visits to the store nothing made any promises to come and see my printing problem. my insert consumes 2 times more wood than expected
