The owner is very nice but the prime rib bought in September 2020 was way too fatty for the price. We enjoyed the smoked pork tenderloin by removing the peppery part because it was too spicy, that is to say the entire outline. It's a shame because this well-located merchant should taste his products before selling them. And as someone who is not happy must go and buy elsewhere and now I am buying elsewhere!
I really like this butcher's shop, the boss always with a smile. Limousine meat with good fat to give meat a taste for connoisseurs.
