Battery replacement for my grandmother, elderly lady, they are taking advantage of it. 45 € HT for a movement of 600m to put a cable.
We brought the car back to the garage ourselves and € 150 excluding VAT for the replacement of the battery. As much the price for the replacement is normal, as much to charge 45 € HT it is despicable.
Not very friendly and they forgot to order the necessary part and kept the car without doing anything !!
Helped my parents when they broke down, even booked a taxi to get back to the hotel. Very helpful !! .
