I ordered but not having delivery by global relay for a low rate I called customer service a very professional and kind lady answered me and granted my wish by telling me that this delivery method would be implemented. place on the new site and that she was going to give it to me immediately by phone in order to have 10 € less very patient pro and accommodating she ordered for me with the cheapest delivery and in addition to that the next day I receive an email telling me that the delivery would be made at home following an error during the shipment but nothing would be at my expense by offering me an incredible apology this professionalism this kindness of the whole team it is true that sometimes their part are almost as expensive as the new one but they accommodate everyone without limits as long as we discuss with respect they are very very professional I know on which site I would order again when I need them
