I came to Vittel on Sunday 23 August..The park is very pretty ... I wanted to go for a glass of water at La Grande Source under the gallery. A young man was holding a stand in front of the source. He was slumped in a chair. Lying nonchalantly checking his cell phone. I "bothered" him yes bothered when I asked him where we could get some cups.
