Horrible experience: Abondon of site at 20% progress, escaped with the balance of material purchase without delivering it (patching, floor, kitchen). The little work done is badly done (not straight partition, incomplete tackle). The products used are all low end and clearly unprofessional. Address in Toul not valid. Company and entrepreneur to avoid absolutely. Shameful.

Pay attention to this business. I contacted the Bouzayane company to renovate an apartment I had just bought in Nancy in July 2020 (painting, redoing bathroom, kitchen, some electrical work). Mr. Bouzayane offered a quote at a very attractive price, which included the purchase of a kitchen from a recognized brand. The construction time was estimated at 4 to 5 weeks and he started the renovation very quickly just after signing the estimate (July 13) with two workers who looked like they were working full time in the apartment. He took several down payments to pay his suppliers and the purchase of the kitchen. Following the death of his mother in Tunisia and the addition of some work, a little delay had been accumulated but he had guaranteed the installation of the kitchen on August 25 and the end of the work in early September. Finally, beyond appearances, the site never really advanced (no real work done, no material delivered and several poor workmanship). The day before the kitchen was delivered (August 24) he did not come to our appointment and blocked my cell phone number to avoid being contacted. Of course, the kitchen was not delivered and since then he has abandoned the work, keeping the down payments and leaving the apartment practically destroyed (see photos).
